All cancellations must be submitted in writing — email is accepted and recommended for audit purposes.
2. Payment by Bank Transfer (BACS)
Forest Adventure Ltd accepts payment by BACS. Our bank details will be provided with the booking invoice. Please include your booking reference as the payment reference.
3. Booking & Payment Schedule
To secure your activity booking with Forest Adventure Ltd or Ravens Nest Fly Fishery, the following payment schedule applies. Prompt payment of the balance ensures your booking is fully confirmed ahead of your activity date.
- Deposit: pay 25% at booking to confirm.
- Final balance: pay the remaining amount in full 28 days prior to the activity date.
Failure to settle the outstanding balance within the required timeframe may result in the cancellation of your booking. Please contact us promptly if you anticipate any difficulty meeting this deadline.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Forest Adventure Ltd. The following charges apply based on the notice period provided prior to the scheduled activity date. The charges reflect costs already committed on your behalf.
- Less than 2 months’ notice: 50% of the total fee is payable upon cancellation.
- Less than 1 month’s notice: 75% of the total fee is payable upon cancellation.
- Less than 2 weeks’ notice: 100% of the total fee is payable upon cancellation.
Once a cancellation charge threshold is reached, it cannot be retrospectively reduced. Early written notification is therefore strongly recommended.
5. Written Cancellation Requirement
All cancellations must be formally notified in writing to Forest Adventure Ltd. Verbal cancellations — whether by telephone or in person — will not be accepted as valid notice and will not initiate the cancellation charge scale.

- Receive acknowledgement: Forest Adventure Ltd will confirm receipt of your cancellation in writing. Retain this confirmation for your records.
- Invoice issued: any applicable cancellation charge will be invoiced in accordance with the scale above and must be settled promptly.

- Accurate information: clients must ensure all booking information provided is accurate and complete at the time of submission.
- Timely payment: clients are responsible for ensuring both the deposit and balance are paid in accordance with the stated schedule.
- Written cancellation: should cancellation be necessary, it is the client’s responsibility to provide formal written notice promptly to minimise applicable charges.
